  Computrol provides support to application designers and developers to enhance existing applications or develop new e-business applications. Computrol personnel can assist in creating new applications, extending legacy applications to new channels and integrating existing applications.

• Application Customization

  Computrol works with companies under individually negotiated engagements to add specific enhancements. The new functionality, based on scope and use, can be designed as an integratable component to an existing program or a separate set of independent modules.

• Testing Support

  Computrol helps user testing teams develop test scenarios and test data to exercise all of the features of an application. Computrol has developed specialized testing software to recreate online data entry for repetition of the test cycles.

• Training and Documentation

  Computrol provides both technical and user application training at Computrol's facility in St. Louis or at the client's site. Course formats include formal presentations and hands-on training. Computrol provides standard documentation with its applications.

• Maintenance Services

  After software is placed in production, Computrol provides ongoing maintenance support. Maintenance can be the traditional support with a hot line, problem resolution, regulatory and documentation updates forwarded or a service where our analysts make changes directly in the test library on the client's system.
