INTEGRATED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
Computrol's Integrated Investment Management System (IIM) is a fully functional system which does all processing, accounting and reporting for term deposits and mutual funds. It supports non-retirement and retirement plan accounts such as IRA, Coverdell, Roth, SEPP, SIMPLE, and Keogh accounts. IIM calculates and reports withholding, minimum distribution requirements, contribution limits and performs other processing unique to retirement plans with additional modules to support broker and group pension processing. Thanks to seamless integration with other Computrol applications, IIM can also provide tax reporting, management of exception items, interfaces and ad-hoc reporting.
IIM Benefits
-
Rapid Response To Market And Regulatory Conditions
IIM lets the product development department add new products quickly in response to market or regulatory conditions - no programming is required. Rates, prices, fees and penalties are under product development control. Parameters also control processes such as contribution limits, withholding, and IRS penalties.
-
Compete In Any Market
IIM provides regional pricing of products which allows you to compete with other institutions in any given market. You don't need to define different products in each market, just set the pricing controls.
-
Comprehensive RMD Processing
IIM consolidates balances, determines life expectancies based on IRS tables and calculates minimum distribution amounts to assure your customers are not hit with unwarranted government penalties.
-
Broad View Of Customer Relationship
Because IIM processes pension and non-pension accounts, you can provide the customer with a complete picture of his time deposits with your institution. You can provide this same information to your marketing department and enable them to provide more attractive products.
-
Reduced Input Errors
IIM includes both 3270 screens and a web front end which have both been designed for ease of use. They update the same files and invoke the same business logic to reduce errors at the point of entry.
