RETIREMENT DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
Computrol's Retirement Distribution Manger (RDM) system creates pension plan distributions to meet government regulatory requirements according to customer preferences. RDM combines investments from multiple systems, including third party assets, to allocate distributions for the customer. The system manages the distribution process for IRA, Roth, Coverdell ESA, SEPP, SIMPLE, Keogh, 401k and 403b plans.
RDM Benefits
-
Improves Customer Service
RDM enhances your relationship with your customer by providing a consolidated view of each customer's investments and distributions in an online environment. "What-if" scenarios allow your representatives to provide immediate feedback to customer inquiries regarding distribution alternatives. Options in distribution scheduling and choices for investment distribution options promote customer satisfaction with the distribution process. Changes to distribution schedules are quickly accomplished and in effect for the next distribution run.
-
Minimizes Legacy System Changes
Independent components are integrated without modifications to systems of record. Catalogued interface rules provide flexibility in combining plans and accounts for distribution. Interfaces feed the systems of record with the information necessary to record the sale or withdrawal for the distribution.
-
Enhanced System Flexibility
The RDM application was developed on Computrol's eBASE® platform. This platform provides ultimate flexibility for system security, online presentation, system navigation, reports, account consolidations, distribution schedules, data access and interfaces to other applications. Programming is not required to implement changes to these components using eBASE®.
-
Changes Catalogue Rules Immediately
Parameters guide the consolidation of accounts, interfacing, reporting, distribution schedules and regulations. It is not necessary to modify programs for government regulatory changes or when new reports are needed.
