KITING RISK MANAGEMENT
Computrol's Kiting Risk Management System detects suspect accounts, automates research efforts and provides monitoring
aids for management. This powerful investigative tool enhances your existing efforts by providing an arsenal of
inquiry, analysis and reporting capabilities. KRM includes the flexibility to tailor the system to your institutions
needs and readily accommodates change in bank growth and staffing requirements.
KRM Benefits
Faster Recognition - KRM reduces the number of
accounts to review with its pre-screening component, used by large institutions, and the primary analysis
component that filters potential suspects through a stringent battery of tests. Sets of customized parameters
reduce false positive test results yielding more manageable queues of suspects for the investigators. |
Lower Risk of Losses - KRM identifies the
high-risk suspects, shortens the investigators' preparation time and helps management balance the workload.
The calculated risk factor quickly identifies the accounts that represent the greatest exposure to the bank.
Investigators can organize suspect queues by any available data, including the calculated risk factor, to display
accounts in their preferred order. Management can stratify accounts and assign suspects to prevent overloading
individual personnel. |
Automated Research - KRM helps investigators
work more efficiently and expedites the review process. The system lets investigators retrieve selected suspects
based on status, provides direct access to vital information (including transactions and items), automates the
investigators' notes, and offers e-mail notification of findings and recommendations. |
Productivity Monitoring - KRM tracks various
statistics by investigator and provides a variety of reports to help management monitor activity for better
control. This information is useful in projecting staffing and training needs. |
