Clients contract for an annual  number of hours for Computrol personnel to provide specified services

Services are offered in blocks of "full-time equivalent persons"

Clients receive 2,000 hours annually for each "full-time equivalent person"

Services are provided by appropriate Computrol staff for assigned projects

Computrol’s Team Support Program™ delivers unique advantages not available from individual employees or contractors. Personnel are assigned who have the exact skill and experience level to perform each assigned task in the project. Support from internal staff is minimized. Clients are charged only for hours worked by assigned personnel. Clients can use any Computrol tool and pay only an ongoing use fee.
