Computrol's eBASE Application Generator

eBASE is Computrol’s application generator to web-enable, extend, integrate and transition S/390 applications - rapidly and effectively.  eBASEintegrates proven reusable mainframe technologies with industry standard web browser objects to deliver solutions to today’s exploding Internet and intra-net environments. The environment provides most of the online, data delivery, reporting and offline processing common to all business applications.

eBASE incorporates proven web software such as IBM’s CICS Transaction Gateway, DB2 and Java Server Pages in a Java or Enterprise Java-Bean environment with proven mainframe functionality. eBASE provides the data definition, data accessing and data management flexibility of a database management system using existing file structures.

The unique feature ofeBASE, which makes it so effective in application and system re-engineering and development, is that functionality is not dependent on data elements. eBASE operates identically in every application irrespective of the nature of the data processed.
